Kevin Clash, 53, was the man behind the Sesame Street character Elmo for over 20 years . He resigned in 2012 after Sheldon Stevens said he was in a sexual relationship with Clash at 16 years old.
Clash charges were dismissed and thrown out of court over a year ago. The complaints held no merit and were filed after the six year statue of limitations.
