Joseph Lewis Miller, 78-year-old church deacon in Mineola, Texas, was arrested by US Marshals for the murder of a Pennsylvania man in 1981.
According to CBS News, Miller served 11 years in jail for a previous murder and was released in 1971. He changed his name to Roy Eubanks.
According to CBS News, there is no clear reason to how the US Marshals found Miller.
