Sean Combs aka Diddy talks with Forbes about the importance of staying grounded in your career goals. Diddy touches on the multiple avenues someone trying to break into the business can take and how these options can be confusing for the novice entrepreneur.
Diddy goes on to talk about not knowing "where he would begin his career today and how worried he would be not knowing what path to pursue. What he knows for certain is experience will always supersede education and he looks for people he can "go to war with."
