Fusion Network, a collaboration between Univision and ABC News launched Today in Los Angeles. Fusion is a new English speaking network targeted at a younger demographic, focusing on millennial Hispanics.
The network will host a variety of shows to kick off their launch including: a morning show, nightly news programs, animated puppet news and various sports and entertainment shows.
Isaac Lee, president of news for Univision and CEO of Fusion wants to keep the focus on Latinos and appealling to viewers ages 18-34 and gain their interest and trust - something other cable news networks have largely failed to do.
